Very professional. Quick and clear communication, responsive, arrived on time, pleasant in-person interaction, right after the completion of the job sent the report and invoice. High standards on every stage of the interaction. Also, cool and fun logo.

Sam and Alfie arrived on time and worked through the day without taking breaks. Had new boiler and 3 radiators fitted. Really pleased with there work and they tidied up at the end of the day. Would definitely use them again and would recommend them to family and friends.

Alfie and also his fellow tradesman Sam, were both amazing. communication was brilliant via text messaging from word go. They kept us informed, numerous times when they were due to arrive. Once here both lads ( Alfie on first vist to disconnect ), and then Sam to reconnect at a later date, both showed exceptional customer care. would 100% recommend! price was very good too. Thanks lads!!

Alfie did a great job doing some maintenance of an external gas pipe and a boiler service. He gave very helpful advice and quote on the phone beforehand and did a friendly and professional job. Would use their services again.

Very quick and professional installation of Hive boiler controller. Service also included making sure all the wireless connections worked fine including a call to Hive to get account linked and working. Can't recommend enough.
