Very professional service came straight away. Explain the job fully and I was satisfied that I needed a new boiler. once agreed. Alfie came the next day and fitted a new boiler. My tenants were extremely happy. and they also commented on how professional he was Also Emma at sound gas was lovely and kept in touch with me through all the processes. All in all everybody was happy, I would highly recommend sound gas.

From the get go their level of Customer Service was outstanding ,on the phone ,text or email.The Engineer arrived yesterday, prompt ,polite,knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with.
