Very professional and polite worker. Highly recommended.

I had to get my boiler serviced and a gas certificate sorted. The engineer arrived on time and did everything really quickly, and everything has been fine since. I also had the same company come back to cut some old pipes and fit a new thermostat after discussing at initial appointment.

Very quick getting someone out after I called. The issue was fixed quickly and we are back to having a working boiler!

From booking to completion the whole process was efficient and professional. Confirmation email was promptly sent and a reminder sent a couple of days before the work began. The guys arrived on time and were friendly and did the job with no problems at all. Will use them again.

Alfie sorted out our hot water issues on the first visit and serviced the boiler. Hooray hot showers again! On the second visit he power flushed the radiators and replaced a pipe and valve that had been incorrectly installed on the cylinder way back. All the way through he was clearly communicating and patient in explaining the issues. Also put up with my dog following him around. Will definitely use Sound gas services again.
