I think the company gave me a quote that remained valid for 30-40 days. A 75% deposit was required. They are able to source real wood relatively cheaper via China but with a wait period. I have three large sash windows so they recommended the correct spacing between individual shutters. The gentleman was very respectful and professional. The job was done in one morning and I'm delighted with the finish.

I wholeheartedly recommend Soul Shutters. They recently fitted a blackout roller blind in my bedroom. The communication with Lynsey to schedule the Home Design visit was efficient and friendly. Rian did a fantastic job taking the measurements, offering advice on the best roller blind material for my needs and budget, and fitting it to my very tall bedroom window. The fitting job took less than an hour, he left the room spotless before he left, and I've been enjoying my new roller blind ever since.

We ordered these shutters on a recommendation from a neighbour and the shutters are fabulous the service fitting etc has been outstanding so we have ordered some more blinds etc to do the rest of our house , we highly recommend Soul Shutters.

I am so glad that I chose Soul Shutters to install our shutters. We had shutters fitted in our downstairs room and x 4 bedrooms. The customer service from Soul Shutters is second to none right from booking in for a quote with Lynsey to Rian measuring and then fitting our shutters. Rian has come to our house a few times now (as we had our shutters measured over the last few years ). He isn't pushy at all and once he gives you the quote he leaves it up to you to make your own decision. You then receive updates from Lynsey. We are so pleased with our beautiful shutters. Wonderful shutters, made bespoke with plenty of design options, clearly well made and built to last. The team were friendly, gave impartial advice, a no pressure quote and did a professional fitting, even removing our broken old curtain rail. The shutters now keep the room warm and quiet from road noise. I would highly recommend.
