  I work in property development, Ben and his team at Soot Builders were Fantastic. They carried out a full renovation of our duplex Victorian maisonette in North London. This included completely refurbishing a bathroom, building a new bathroom, new kitchen, replacing all flooring / doors / skirting boards / doorframes / lighting / electrical furnishings, underfloor heating and painting/decorating. My family and I are very happy with the result and achieved the perfect balance between budget, timeline and quality. I would not hesitate in recommending Soot Builders to any of my friends & family.

  Concrete shelf removal

  We had a concrete shelf removed in our kitchen. Work was completely quickly and to a very high standard. They also cleaned up after themselves which was very appreciated as it was a messy job! Would definitely recommend them to others.
