3 A mistake

Decent guy but lacks professionalism; aggressive when you query any of the work. Doesn't take information on board or take too kindly to criticism. He does try and work hard but his English skills are very poor with Farsi being his main language, making communication very tricky. . Any constructive remarks which I provided for him about the work, resulted in him becoming very argumentative. Messy, combative; claims he has expertise in painting and decorating but doesn't doesn't know difference between lining paper and regular wallpaper. Felt like he's learning on the job. Arrived on time and grafted for the whole day. It's a big painting job (70 sides) so more than a days work and so he will come back to finish the job. Initially the job was for just painting but he was so helpful and eager to help that he ended up also fitting in bathroom cabinets, sorting out my fitted wardrobe and really going the extra mile. Parsa did an excellent job for us, feels like we have a new living room! The wallpaper was put up perfectly and even though the walls weren’t the easiest to work with (ideally we should have had them skimmed beforehand), he did a really good job of making them look far better).
