I’ve use Ivan twice now, once for a new bathroom a few years ago and recently for turning my kitchen and living room into an open plan kitchen / living room. He’s lovely to work with, carries out great quality work and is highly reliable. Highly recommend.

Ion did a full renovation of our bathroom and kitchen (plumbing, tiling, plastering, painting, fitting new cabinets and appliances) and did a wonderful job. His workmanship and his attention to details are really commendable. In addition, I found his ideas and recommendations both ingenious and practical and his pricing very fair. Most importantly, he is a lovely and trustworthy guy who takes time explaining every step of his work. He made what should have been a stressful period in our life that much easier. We could not have asked for a better builder for the job.

Ion did a full renovation of our bathroom, from gutting the old suite, tiles and floors, to installing all of the new items, tiles, plastering and painting. The quality of his work is exceptional, he is very detail oriented and always explained every step of the way. He was very professional, reliable, friendly and tidy, left everything impeccable after each day. We are absolutely thrilled with his hard work and will hire him again for further renovations around the house.
