Unfortunately there was no response or contact from the company, even though they were contacted twice during the past 10 days. Will find another provider now.

Started off well — came to quote just before Christmas and booked the job early in the new year. Installation was efficient, though the door wasn’t exactly what I expected (still met standards). I paid in full for the job while he still had to return to finish some bits, but after a few weeks of no contact, I had to chase him. He apologized and came back, but one final thing remains unfinished. Despite several follow-ups, I’ve had no response since. Would not use again.

Had to rearrange agreed visit as Adam didn’t turn up. 40minutes past the agreed second visit I called to see if he was coming and was told another 30mins. Unbelievably he didn’t turn up at all. Very unreliable- beware!!!

We were very impressed with the helpfulness and good advice given to us, and would certainly use this company again.

Absolutely brilliant service! Called this morning as door had dropped and couldn't lock it, came out same day, fixed it swiftly and was extremely helpful and polite. Would highly recommend!
