  Solve's service was excellent both times I have used them. The work was done quickly, he was able to make appointments at times that suited us and all issues were communicated to us really well. Would definitely recommend and use Solve again.

  Extensive rewiring project

  Barry did a major rewiring project for us, several weeks of work including replacing a consumer unit and replacing most of the wiring in our home. He is a real professional, clearly expert in his trade. All the work both large and small was done to a high standard. I particularly appreciated that he doesn't cut corners -- he installs and tests everything carefully until it's right and handles all the documentation properly. Good communication, reasonable pricing, and quality you can rely on. Recommended.

  Replacing light fittings

  I would definitely recommend Solv Electrics. I had an immediate response to my request for help. Barry was very professional and efficient in replacing a couple of bathroom lights, fixing a faulty socket and changing a ceiling light to a hanging one.

  Barry is an excellent electrician and has great attention to detail. He ran all issues by me before commencing the works and explained the reason the work need to be done. He turns up on time and is always available if something is unclear. I have no hesitation in recommending Barry and Solv Electrics Ltd.

  Wiring extractor fans

  Barrie has done work for us a couple of times now and has always been on time and very friendly. His work is excellent - when he installed the fans he also found several other issues left by the previous owners and took the time to explain why they needed fixing and quoted for them on the spot. When there was a failure of the fan he fitted due to manufacturing fault he attended promptly to replace it. He's now our go to electrician for anything that needs doing.
