We realised a rat had been nibbling our toilet flexible soil pipe, so called Solutions TAD for advice. Very knowledgeable, reassuring and helpful. Terry came out and baited the waste pipe entry to the sewer, the garden and decking (where we'd seen rats previously). He advised us on - and fitted - preventative measures. Problem solved within the scheduled visits. Top bloke, knows his stuff and turns up when he says he will. Can't ask for more than that. Terry was very reliable, and did a fantastic job re doing all the electrics in our house. He gave us great advice and worked very hard and diligently. It was a pleasure to work with him.
