Great communication with James beforehand, was very polite. Job was done quickly and he took the time to explain what the issue was and how it was fixed.

I put a request through Checkatrade for someone to replace wall heaters at my mums flat. James was quick to respond, really friendly and communicated with me throughout the process. James kept to everything he committed to and made the whole process really simple. I would definitely use him and his team again. Highly recommend

Electrician communicated well before appointment, all info given. Week before I had smart meters installed and was told my wiring was ancient and needed replacing asap. Electrician and apprentice arrived punctual and communicated clearly what the problem was. Both were respectful, Chris talked me through their actions and carried out the job brilliantly. Evidence sent to my phone. Chris problem solved work the smart meter engineer did badly, screws had snapped off in casing. Meaning no work can be done on box. Box replaced and screws fitted safely. Brilliant job well done and no mess.

We recently hired Solus Electrical to update the downlights in our bathroom, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, James was professional, punctual, and highly skilled. Our tenant told us that the boiler was tripping the fuse downstairs at the utility.Called the boiler engineer to find out it was nothing to do with the boiler. We then contacted Solus.We were so blessed to find James as our electrician and couldn't be more satisfied with the service. James (and Dan) were punctual, professional, knowledgeable and very neat! They work really hard systematically to find and addressed the issue which happened to be under a floor board upstairs! James also took the time to explain what they were doing, sent me photos and answered all my questions patiently.Amazing!
