Solum GB installed my Midea air source heat pump in October 2021 and have serviced it each year since then. It's been working pretty well throughout the year, although I had noticed some leakage of the glycol/water mix at the hot water tank in my loft and from a couple of joints going to the tank. Solum's agent identified that the screw caps on 2 the air release valves on the tank were loose so he tightened them. He also tightened the pipe joints, which had very small amounts of leakage. The agent also added some biocide to the radiator circuit, which is a new requirement from 2025.

Excellent company to deal with, first class installers who worked very hard and diligently and were very knowledgeable, explaining everything clearly after the installation. Very organised and tidy in their work. Very pleased with my installation.

Solum GB are a pleasure to deal with. I had my Heat-Pump installed by them and they come along annually to provide it with a service in order to maintain the warranty. They always provide excellent communication in addition to very proficient service and levels of technical expertise. Their on-site team are always, clean, courteous and efficient. Solum Gb installed my heat pump boiler and solar panels when my house was built and have provided excellent maintenance ever since. Their service is highly efficient, offering honest advice without the pressure of extra sales I experienced with my previous boiler services. Solum Gb installed a new heat pump, a new water tank and 12 new radiators in our house last year. When we encountered issues due to poor DIY plumbing from the previous owners, Kamil and his team went above and beyond to redo our plumbing system, making significant improvements to our home in the process. The system itself has been running perfectly for over 10 months now. We couldn’t be more grateful and will definitely be calling them again when needed in the future!
