  Excellent local company. Very good communications, all questions answered promptly with plenty of detailed information provided. Installers and scaffolders doing the work very efficient also.

  Jake, Sean, Jack and the team did an excellent job. They overcame some issues without a fuss to me, arrived when they said and were completed on the installations as they said. Jack was awesome with his technical support after the installation and activation of the solar systems on my houses. Highly recommend Solr Gloucester

  Really good service they were very patient with us and able to wait till we could complete our install. The team worked very efficiently and kept us well informed throughout. They were able to match the design to our needs.

  Solr Gloucester poor after sales

  I had a solar and battery system installed by Solr Gloucester in March 2025. While the installation was fine, the aftercare has been unacceptable. From August through December 2025, I contacted them several times about upgrading my system. I received no response. It became clear they were prioritising new customers instead of supporting existing ones. If you’re considering Solr Gloucester, be aware that their customer service and responsiveness after installation are extremely poor. I regret choosing them and would not recommend their services.

  Fantastic service all the way through from the initial enquiry to the installation. Everything went so smoothly, very polite, professional and helpful. Everything happened exactly when they said it would, the whole installation was smooth from start to finish. Good attention to detail and finish. If you are looking for a local solar installation I would 100% recommend.
