Liaised with Bella by phone and email, told her we needed very heavy, huge armchair disposed of plus a bed and mattress. explained problems with parking due to morning traffic and she helpfully arranged a very early morning start to avoid parking issues and assured me their removals operator was capable of moving heavy bulky furniture single-handed, hence he's called Hercules!
