Great communication with the office, the guys who came to remove the rubbish were fantastic and so helpful

After phone conversation and pictures submitted for rubbish to be removed, Solowaste came back with a "slightly higher quote as we don't know what is inside the bags”. I didn't know either, so agreed with that. Two days later I turned up at the property expecting the area to be clear but the one bulk bag was still there. After communicating with Bella they wanted to charge more than £50. Not reliable or honest, be careful PS I gave them another opportunity to make good on their quote today by sending them the above experience they provided, but there was no response all day long

Solowaste called me quickly after I posted thr job and were able to collect a mattress at very short notice with no fuss. I was pleased with the price of the job. All in all, very pleased!

Very efficiently handled from first phone call through sending of photographs showing waste to be collected and collection same day. I was very impressed with the service.
