Ben , the electrician was friendly , very knowledgeable and fixed the issue !

They were great! We had to reschedule but they managed to book us in on the same day. Quick work very helpful. Will be using them again.

There was little communication from the Manager and Engineer. The engineer went ahead with work without consulting his boss who was asked to contact me first before doing so. This resulted in unnecessary charges. I believe this company is a scam and strongly should be avoided. They advertise as an Electrical company and when I spoke to somebody called Conner he just happened to do plumbing as well.

It’s the first time I’ve used Sol-lux Electrical and they left a good first impression. The team were quick to respond to my job posting, then once I’d provided additional details and availability for a visit, they scheduled in a convenient time for their electrician, Ben, to visit. Ben was both professional and friendly, he replaced my melted WiFi fused spur and did some additional (unplanned) rewiring whilst explaining what he was proposing to do. I will definitely be using the Sol-lux team again.

Connor from Sol-Lux managed to investigate the beeping sound by dismantling the wiring to the smoke alarms. Further work needs to be done, but at least he found the cause.
