We had the honour of working with Solid Finish Company Construction Ltd on the restoration of a historic church in Bristol, central to the Polish community. The building had suffered years of neglect, and many feared its hidden structural problems. Solid Finish undertook the challenge with professionalism, courage, and profound respect for heritage. Dawid did a great job plastering a couple of rooms, installing covings and a picture rail, removing a wall, and fitting a steel beam to support the structure. He gave helpful advice on how to save money and guided us through the process with the council and structural engineer. He always turned up on time, communicated clearly, and kept us informed throughout. Great workmanship, very reliable – highly recommended! We’ll definitely use his services again.

Dawid did an excellent job replacing my subfloor and delivered exactly what I wanted. He kept me in the loop when there were supplier delays and did his best to work around it. I would recommend Dawid and would definitely contract him again.

Dawid was asked to quote for and plaster our large old Victorian house. The complete house, upstairs bedrooms, bathroom, hallway and downstairs living rooms, kitchen, utility room, hallways, toilets - EVERYTHING! The house was in a terrible state of disrepair meaning a lot of preparation had to be undertaken prior to applying the plaster. Dawid not only completed the job to an extremely high standard, he also took on additional work and gave advice and recommendations where needed. Dawid, was always on time, often staying late. A very happy, personable chap, I highly recommend him
