I had to chase up the electrician coming over to provide the quote on the day, chase up the quote sent via email as hasn’t received it and then on the day itself repeatedly chase up the electrician again as he was over 4 hours late. Different guy finally turned up, no knowledge of what he was supposed to be doing as this wasn’t on his list of jobs for the day and no apology. The work itself seems okay, quite neat and hasn’t blown up yet. Had to wait another month and a half for the minor works certificate to be emailed to me. My experience of this company was pretty shambolic, won’t use again!

We are very confused and baffled by this review. We were invited by the client to quote for a job after he was disappointed by the quotation provided by another contractor. He informed us that this could be urgent, so we visited him to quote for the work on the next day, with an appointment for anytime in the afternoon. I do not understand how he could chase us up for this appointment, as it was flexible arrival time. We did call in the morning to make the appointment and arrived in the afternoon for the appointment. This all being within 24 hours of the initial enquiry. Similarly with his comments about the job: We turned up with the materials for the job on the van, showing that we did know what the job required, and we would not have been able to complete more than half-a-day’s job had we arrived over four hours late. While we recognise this customer we do not recognise his comments about the completion of the job. The customer has asked that we do not contact him, and therefore we can only reply to his review publicly on Checkatrade.
