They arranged for a mobility scooter to be collected for a service and repair, after collection I was given a quote and had a discussion of my options. After being given time to think things through, a new scooter was brought to my house, given a test drive, then allowed time to decided if it was right. No pressure selling and part exchange offered. Couldn't ask for a better service.

Lynn from Solent Mobility Centre (and her team) has been more than courteous and friendly in assisting me in sourcing a part from Scooterpac for my mobility scooter. Not only did she (they) source if for me, but the legwork involved to determine exactly which part I needed was far and above what I would expect, especially as they weren't going to carry out any required repairs. I cannot thank Lynn and her team enough, helping to ease the stress I was feeling from not being able to source the part myself. Thanks again Lynn for getting this sorted for me! From the initial contact in the shop when we made the appointment, to the final contact on paying the balance of the bill, the service we received was first class. Ben, who intially came to discuss the installation, actually came back the same evening to measure up to try and ensure that this was fitted before Christmas. Thank you
