I had a query which was occasioned by my believing that I had left my key to our front door, which had been supplied by Solent Glazing, in the keyhole! My husband and I looked everywhere … our only option was to change the barrel and keys. A moment of inspiration led to my speaking with a member of the technical service staff, IJ, who was all three of those words I used in the title: professional, knowledgeable and friendly. All has turned out well … and, although no purchase was required, I was eager to acknowledge my appreciation. Next time I have any glazing-related needs, … Solent!

Landlord paid for new front door. Solent glass rang me to say door had arrived and they would text me possible dates for fitting. That was 5 weeks ago but have heard nothing. My wife has phoned 4 times to ask when work will be done. Every time she was told "I will speak to the person downstairs and ring you back". No ring back ever happens. The last time my wife phoned, last week, she told them she had booked the day off for a week later, same response "I'll speak to the person downstairs and ring you back"......no call back and a week later when my wife was home no attendance.
