  Solar thermal panel control fault finding

  The engineer arrived on time. Found the fault very quickly and checked out the rest of the system thoroughly. Provided a comprehensive report of his findings. I was completely satisfied with his work.

  The system had been 'fixed' last autumn by another company but despite hot sun we had no hot water.

  Solar UK were quick to respond and the technicians who came knew the job thoroughly . They very quickly knew what had to be done and in less than an hour it was all done and up and running again. They were friendly and polite, competent, effective and efficient, extremely careful workmen . We are really pleased that we've found this company to help us with our future needs.

  Thermal solar panel extraction

  SolarUK came to remove two thermal solar panels. The panels which were on the house when we bought it (not installed by SolarUK) never worked. SolarUK gave us a very reasonable quote for the job. The engineers arrived on time. They were professional, friendly, took great care to consult with us about replacing the roof tiles, took the trouble to find replacement tiles which matched ours, completed the job really well and tidied up after themselves. If we decide to have solar in the future, we would definitely use SolarUK. Really, really good. Thank you!

  To remove two old solar panel inverters, and install and commission a new one

  The manager Annette was amazing from day one. The communication was by email and was always quick and professional. The day of the appointment the engineer, George, called when they left the previous job, and five minutes before. George and his colleague arrived and very very pleasant and friendly. They proceeded immediately with the removal or the old inverters in the attic. There was limited working space, but they advanced professionally and did a fantastic job. George was able to utilise the existing wiring and isolators. He did not need to supply any part, and I was very grateful.

  PV solar installation & battery storage

  Solar UK did a great job installing my Solar PV system with battery storage. The installation team were all very polite, clean and tidy, and all the installed cabling neatly placed in trunking and labeled where required.

  LaZer 2 Advanced Solar Water Heating System

  We first came in contact with Solar UK when they serviced the solar panel we inherited when we bought the house. Nick & Justin provided great advice as well as workmanship. They certainly know their products and we felt they always had the customer's need forefront of their minds. Having had such a positive experience with servicing we were sure we wanted Solar UK to instal the upgraded system. We were pleased that Nick, Just & Billy were the installation team, they knew the house and the set. In summary wouldn't use anyone else, and can highly recommend.
