Justin and Michail were absolutely outstanding from start to finish. They arrived early, communicated clearly throughout, and went above and beyond to explain everything to me in a way I could fully understand. They disconnected my solar system from the cylinder professionally and efficiently, taking great care with the work. Nothing was too much trouble, and they made sure I felt informed and reassured at every stage. If I could give them more than 10 out of 10, I definitely would. They are the ultimate professionals. Job location: BN235 Stars to this company, from my first initial call right through to job completion. Justin & Michal very helpful and kept me informed at every stage of the servicing of my Solar panel system. On the 10 November two engineers from Solar UK (Justin & Michail) serviced our solar hot water system. They arrived promptly and diagnosed the issue quickly explaining what needed to be done to rectify the problem and went on to fix it. I was very happy with the service which was quick and efficient. The engineers Nick & Justin were extremely polite. They took their shoes off at the door without being asked. They listened to the problems I thought I had and explained what it might be and what they could do to resolve this. They repaired the system and found a leak through my roof, which I was unaware of. SolarUK Ltd was established in 2000, and by most people’s definition, we are considered to be solar technology experts.
We are an accredited MCS company based in Battle, East Sussex, installing fully accredited solar thermal and solar PV systems; as well as battery energy storage systems and solar-compatible EV charging points.
As well as supplying and installing, we also provide full servicing back-up for solar thermal and PV systems for both domestic and commercial clients, which can be tailored as a regular maintenance package if required.
Whatever your requirements, we aim to provide the optimum professional service to suit your needs.
We will only specify systems that are suitable for your premises, where you can benefit from the installation. We do not believe that all properties are suitable for an installation; and will advise if this is the case.
