  Replacing consumer unit

  Dave did an excellent job renewing my consumer unit. He was polite, courteous, and professional throughout. He took the time to contact me beforehand to understand my needs, and found the right solution for my home. The work was carried out to a high standard: clean, tidy, and efficient. At the end, Dave clearly explained and demonstrated the new unit, making sure I was confident with everything. Highly recommended!

  No show and no communication

  Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience. The electrician was scheduled to arrive at 8:15 AM but did not show up. I called multiple times throughout the morning, but my calls went unanswered and straight to voicemail. I finally received a call back at 11:20 AM, where I was told—rather unconvincingly—that there had been an emergency repair elsewhere. I’m not here to speculate on someone’s personal circumstances, but the complete lack of communication is hard to excuse. It wasted my time and left me uncertain all morning. At the very least, a quick message to let me know about the delay

  Fuse board change

  Cracking job on the fuse board upgrade... no sparks flying (except the good kind). Tidy work, all certified, and no blown fuses from me either! Cheers for sorting it all like a pro.
