Service booked for 26th February, cancelled the day before, apparently a van was out of action! Rearranged Service for 17th March at 10.00. Nobody turned up and nobody phoned, I therefore informed them I no longer required there services. Still had no response or apology. Bad customer service!

We sincerley apologise for your experience, i have looked into this and the re-booked appointment for 17th was our fault, we have intergated a new CRM system and not all appointments moved over. We apologise and hope we can rebook.
