Reminder of the next service. Easy to make appointment. Arrived on time with notification. Very professionally carried out. All work explained very clearly. Very pleased all round thank you.

I received a call from an unknown person, so was a little dubious to commit. However, the job was competed quickly and efficiently. Would definitely use this company again.

I found them easy to contact, the people on the phone lines were helpful, polite, and new about my job. The fitters were good, polite and new their job. I had a new system fitted and it was the first one the electrician had done, he was very thorough and kept me informed of how the job was doing. Very professional company.

The office kept me informed of appointment etc, engineer, Tony, called me when he was on-site, discussed what he'd discovered & we agreed what work he would do. He also showed the tenants how to use the system properly. Great service

Service booked for 26th February, cancelled the day before, apparently a van was out of action! Rearranged Service for 17th March at 10.00. Nobody turned up and nobody phoned, I therefore informed them I no longer required there services. Still had no response or apology. Bad customer service!
