    SOLAR ENERGY REPAIRS

    YOU FAILED MISERABLY TO MAKE ANY POSITIVE CHANGE TO MY CIRCUMSTANCES. THE ENGINEER MADE ONLY VISUAL ASSESSMENT OF THE COMPONENTS WITHOUT TOUCHING THEM. I AM AWARE THAT THE PROBLEM LIES WITH THE CABLES CONNECTION TO THE INVECTER. NOTHING WAS DONE ABOUT IT. FULL PAYMENT WAS MADE FOR THE SITE INSPECTION WITH NO BENEFIT. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND YOUR ORGANISATION TO ANYONE.

    Dear Kobla, thank you for your feedback, i will answer the queries below. 1, We never visually inspect a system, the system is always checked with equipment, we checked the DC voltage from your panels and we found an isolation fault on the roof, this required scaffolding to access the roof and then change all the MC4 connector and any damaged cables as we discussed with you. 2, We use voltage machines and various machines to check Ac/DC voltages, AMPS earth/ground faults etc. This is completed on every service.     From initial contact SMAR was very prompt, they were at my property within 2 days diagnosing the problem which was a broken Inverter, engineer was able to replace Inverter on same day after explaining my many options for payment and plans. Very professional company from start to finish. P

    Loose panel repair and inverter replacement

    I found this company easy to deal with and professional. I didn’t have to wait long for them to come out, and Mo was able to diagnose and replace the old inverter on that same visit. He explained everything clearly so that it was easy for me to make a decision. He also arranged for Louis to come out to sort out the loose panel and do the bird proofing, which was promptly and efficiently carried out. I would recommend this company and have decided to sign up to their 10year maintenance plan.
