  Replacement solar power inverter

  Having noticed that our solar power system had stopped generating, I searched for a solar engineer to check the system. Graeme, of Solar-ity turned up within 2 hours of my call, checked the system and, initially suggested that I first contact the manufacturer of the inverter. At no time did he request a call-out charge on the basis (I assume) that I would recall his company if required. Good business sense. No luck with the warranty nor suggested remedy from the manufacturer, so Graeme returned promptly to recheck and refit a replacement. Thank you; very impressed.

  From the initial enquiry to completion of the works they were curious,polite,no hard sell , informative and very easy to work with. Every question asked got a honest reply and at completion the hand over was carried out smoothly and efficiently. A complete handover package of documents was handed over together with a step by step run through of the newly installed system. At the end of the job we knew exactly how the system worked and you wouldn't have known they had been there ,apart from all the new equipment around the house.

  The installation from start to finish was excellent, they were very knowledgeable and informative. The workmanship was of a high standard and the installers were friendly and efficient and explained each step of the Installation. They helped with everything from the start to the commissioning. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting solar.

  Solar panels installation on bungalow including battery back-up

  Solar-ity were excellent from design through to set-up. The installation looks great and most importantly they gave us full training on how to use the app and to see what we’re producing. Since install our daily electricity charges have been vastly reduced. I would recommend their services to anyone. Best investment to date.
