R eplacement of failed solar edge optimiser,, prompt efficient and effective

Ben from SolarFX was the first and fastest to respond to our request. A quick call confirmed that he had a clear understanding of our challenge (a failed optimiser). He took on the discussion with the parts supplier, arranged for delivery (which happened very rapidly). He arrived on the date and time agreed, rapidly and quietly got the job done, tested and ensured all was working. A perfect job, we will use him again should we have further challenges
