The engineer arrived on the appointed day and carried out the work that I had requested. However he came across as being arrogant and dismissive. He also modified my solar hot water system without consulting me. Having gone on at length about the problem of bubbles in the system he deactivated the deaerator which is supposed to remove them without asking me first.Verified reviewerJob location: TN34 10 Would recommend

Contacted them through Checkatrade as could not find anyone local who could do the work required. Their customer services were excellent was able to get a suitable appointment, Steve came today and serviced the solar thermal and replaced a broken part within an hour.
