We used this company to service our hot water roof mounted solar thermal panels. Our booking through Checkatrade was dealt with efficiently and swiftly. The engineer arrived on the appointed day and carried out the work that we had requested. He was pleasant and seemed to be knowledgeable. The cost was £276 which is certainly not cheap for a visit that took less than one hour, but it was the best price that we could find. There was a lot of travelling involved (around 150 miles) which probably contributed to the cost. In short, an efficient service but not exactly local.Verified reviewerJob location: PE31- CCarl G

This was the only company to actually respond immediately to the job. Quick clear communications. Specs asked for with photos and problem reviewed by tech team. Recommendation made with full costing and options. Delay from this to booked date due to firm being busy but were able to bring it earlier when had a cancellation. Team arrived on time and completed work nearly and efficiently. Guidance and explanations given with questions answered politely and patiently to a nontechnical person myself.
