    I’m genuinely impressed and happy with the entire process from start to finish. Adam immediately stood out from the rest of the competition. Even before we agreed to proceed, he went out of his way to provide a comprehensive amount of information. His recommendations consistently leaned toward practical, reliable solutions—not just what might have been easier or more profitable for him. That made it clear he genuinely cared about delivering the best outcome for us. Throughout the project, Adam was punctual, polite, and precise in his execution. 11/10 stars — highly recommended!

    Unit in bedroom not functioning properly

    The Solace team were on time, respectful of my home and my time. They explained everything so well and fixed the issue so well that my room is now an Icelandic dream again- they are THE BEST I have ever contacted and would recommend without hesitation.     Fitted in Toddler bedroom

    Very conscious of making the installation neat and tidy so as not to spoil the overall look of the house, had a couple of challenges with the install but managed to hide pipes and cables completely. Was able to manage the work around our two toddlers nap schedule as well which was a real help.
