  Replaced a water softener in kitchen

  We had a visit and a quote very quickly. We didn’t then have to wait many weeks before their employee came and fitted in our new water softener. The work was done efficiently, cleanly and quickly even though plumbing had to be altered too. I can’t recommend this company highly enough. Now a couple of months down the line I am still delighted with the water softener. They are quite local too and at the end of the phone if I have any problem. Also their quote was reasonable and they were able to do the work quickly .((one company told me I would have to wait until after December .)Brilliant

  Domestic water softener supply & install

  Wow! What a great company, Simon came to my house to price the job up. No hard sale, we quickly identified which softener was best for me. He’s a top guy, really took his time. The price was incredibly competitive. The lad that came to fit the softener was brilliant as well, made hardly any mess & took real pride in his work. Again, he took the time to talk me through what he had done etc. The pipework was super neat which meant I lost hardly any cupboard space under my sink. I never write reviews, however I felt compelled in this instance. A real delight to spend my money with SoftOptions!

  Water softener installation by Soft Options

  Simon was great. He discussed options/costs and, whilst not the cheapest quote, I was confident he knew his stuff and the solution was the right one for me. Soft Options offers softeners from a range of manufacturers meaning I was confident that we’d arrived at the correct solution. John, the installer, was friendly and courteous, installed the softener in my preferred location, respected my home and was a pleasure to have around. He ensured I knew how to use and maintain the unit before leaving. A small leak was rectified the day after I reported it. I highly recommend Soft Options.

  From start to finish and after, Simon has provided the most excellent customer service. I neglected to get the name of the installer, but as an engineer, I can attest to his professionalism and excellent workmanship. Excellent value for money. I'm usually pedantic but soft options water softeners have excelled in every way. I hope many people looking for a water softener find this company as you will struggle to find better value for money and trust me I researched many but they exceeded my expectations. Good luck to them and I wish them many years of success.
