  Side Return & Internal Remodelling / Renovation

  Overall, we were really pleased with the work carried out by John and team. As with all renovations, some issues were encountered along the way (not helped sometimes by the Architect’s drawings or quote) but John was always constructive in working through and ultimately we were very pleased with the quality of work and finish. Finally, John’s service in coming back to deal with any snaggings and any later issues has been great and it should give prospective clients a lot of confidence that even once the job is complete and fully paid, that still going to be around to help sort out any issues.

  Replace front door and surround fitting

  We needed to change the front door, and arrange for a carpenter to measure the old door and the surrounding frame to allow us to pre-order a new door and the carpenter returned once the door was delivered and complete the fitting within two days which I was quite surprised how quickly the job was completed because the frame and the old door was somewhat wonky. Very impressed with our new door and surround frame. We have use this company for several previous jobs and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them.

  House renovation - loft conversion and kitchen extension

  Jon was recommended by a colleague who used him twice. And now it’s my second time approaching Jon to help on house renovation (kitchen extension and loft conversion). Jon is the most trustworthy tradesman I’ve dealt with and has a strong can do attitude. The guys in his team are all very nice and keep site very tidy (even my neighbours spoke very highly of). I wholeheartedly recommend Jon’s team if you have any renovation or building related work. And I’ve recommended him to several friends.

  Full house renovation

  This was our first time working with Soceanu Construction and we cannot recommend them enough. Our home is beautiful now thanks to their team of extremely skilled and professional staff. The work was completed on time and to budget.

  Complete renovation. 2m side extension, 3m rear extension and loft conversion

  All I can say is that if you get the chance to work with John and his team, you are very lucky and in really good hands. This was our first house renovation and I was scared after seeing many of our friend falling out with their builders or builders doing a really bad job. John’s team are really efficient and thorough. The finish is better than we could ever hope for. They are such a fun bunch to work with as well. They work hard and don’t mess around. John is always available when we have questions. I recommend John’s team to everyone I know. We still use them today for ex things.

  Loft conversion

  Soceanu Construction Ltd. Were our builders for a tricky loft conversion in SW London. They were absolutely brilliant. We are genuinely so grateful for the quality and speed of their work, attention to detail, and consistently proactive communication. We couldn't have asked for a better team to partner with on this project. We have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for top quality builders.
