Carwyn and his team were excellent in all respects. They arrived on time, completed the work in the timescale promised and tidied up properly when completed. Throughout, they were ready to answer questions and were friendly and helpful. The new pipework is tidy and professional looking. They are also quite competitive on price. I would not hesitate to employ them again.

We hired Snug Services to fix a leak in our house that was impossible to get to on our own and to replace some isolation valves. Carwyn came out on the same day to fix it. He not only solved the leaking issues, but also made sure the work we tried to do by ourselves was done properly. I’d definitely recommend Snug Services. He was quick to respond, the work was done quick and clean, and the prices are fair!

Really reasonably priced. Got an appointment pretty quickly and they were so lovely! I would definitely recommend as prev companies have been so rude.

Carwyn was fantastic and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him (we've booked him in for some other jobs!). He is punctual, trustworthy and knowledgeable. I know next to nothing about plumbing, but Carwyn explained what he could/would do in a way that didn't feel patronising. If you need anything for plumbing/heating look no further.

I was very happy with how professional the team were. They came out the next morning after I called in a panic with no heating or hot water. I thought it would be a really expensive job, but he managed to fix it quickly and the price was reasonable. He was also very clean when working and left everything tidy! I would recommend him for sure.
