Carwyn was fantastic and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him (we've booked him in for some other jobs!). He is punctual, trustworthy and knowledgeable. I know next to nothing about plumbing, but Carwyn explained what he could/would do in a way that didn't feel patronising. If you need anything for plumbing/heating look no further.

I was very happy with how professional the team were. They came out the next morning after I called in a panic with no heating or hot water. I thought it would be a really expensive job, but he managed to fix it quickly and the price was reasonable. He was also very clean when working and left everything tidy! I would recommend him for sure.

On the day of the repair after 10 minutes the first plumber realised he needed to order a part so will need to do so and left. This was fine. The second plumber came the next day and installed the part. The invoice came to £258 for a leaking toilet. None of the pricing was discussed beforehand. All that was fine the issue was they were trying to charge me both for the call out charge AND also the hourly rate for the first plumber who couldn't fix the toilet! They then threatened debt collector if I didn’t pay for the time they spent NOT able to fix the toilet.
