  This is what having tradespeople do home improvement works should be like but so often isn't. The service and quality of work undertaken at our home by Snug was spot-on from start to finish. We had a replacement roof and thermal upgrade to our existing family room which previously had a glass roof. From the first contact with Steve at Snug via their website they have been extremely responsive with excellent communication throughout the process. The quality of work carried out by the installation team also exceeded our expectations. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

  A totally professional but friendly service from start to finish. Communication was excellent and the team of fitters punctual, hard working and a pleasure to have such trustful, skilled workers on site who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Couldn't recommend them more.

  Conservatory Roof Upgrade

  I would like to say a huge thank you to Andy and Andrew for their excellent workmanship they worked tirelessly in some of the most awful Cumbrian weather. Many thanks also to the sparky and plasterer who also did a cracking job. All the tradesmen involved were very pleasant, timely and left the place spotless. We are extremely pleased with the end result and would happily recommend Snug Roofing Systems.
