10 Repair to a leaking shower tray

I’ve had issues for a while caused by a badly fitted shower tray. Stuart came out and repaired the damage that had slowly been caused. He had to rip out the old shower tray and replace the wall that was soggy. I was able to get the same tiles as before so it matches the existing tiles. It looks better than it did originally. We were extremely pleased with our choice to use SNT for our boiler installation and the building and fitting of a brand new ensuite from scratch. From start to finish the service was friendly yet efficient and professional. Sam understood our goal and took on a less-than-straightforward job with genuine enthusiasm. We were happy to trust Sam's judgement and recommendations, and the end result is excellent. He coordinated the team of various tradespeople effectively - all of whom were equally professional. Stuart arrived on time, he came out at very short notice. He did an excellent job installing new shower unit, job was done in half an hour. Very tidy, you would never know he had been. Highly recommend this company, friendly and helpful, so much so could have another job for him. Highly recommend and would hesitate to use again. We are a Gas Safe and Oftec Registered Heating business who specialize in all gas and oil fired appliances.
We are also a Worcester Bosch Accredited installer and can offer 12 Year warranties on Worcester boiler installations.
At SNT plumbing and heating we have excellent working relationships with the manufactures/merchants that we use so if any defects are found with any products we can get this rectified ASAP. We only use high quality products so we may be beaten on price but we wont be beaten on quality.
