We had a new boiler and flue installed after being let down by another installer. The Snowdon team were extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly from the moment they stepped onto the property. The installation was done quickly but meticulously with the workspace being left clean after completion. I was amazed at how quickly and efficiently my new boiler went in 🥳 I got on with the friendly guys immediately, and felt safe in their expertise, and trusted them, which is a big thing. I could ask any questions and get clear, understandable answers. The clean up afterwards was greatly appreciated. I just can't believe I've got a fabulous new boiler with such little effort on my part! I just sat back, and hours later my water pressure is brilliant, my apartment is clean, cosy and warm, and I was shown everything I needed to know. All of our staff are ex British Gas engineers and have gained extensive knowledge in the business. We are Vaillant masterTEC registered installers and are able to give up to 10 years parts and labour warranty. Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we take pride in our work.We are competitive with prices and offer free quotes and advice to all of our customers.
