Within 24 hours he had quoted us and booked in to do his survey the next day and by the end of the day we had an incredibly thorough and detailed report telling us every bit of information we needed, no matter how small. Communication was top class throughout and it was so pleasing to have the information so clearly outlined to us in a way we could easily understand.
