  Reliability and resourcefulness

  It has been a pleasure to welcome Jarek and his team to work on all aspects of renovation over the last 15 years. Their reliability and resourceful positive approach to problem solving is exemplary. The latest projects have included gutting the master bedroom, hand building bespoke wardrobes to a high spec, installation of electrical fittings, redecorating and carpeting. Their front of house was completely revamped with detailed collaborative planning. The unique bespoke tiling, exceptional walling and railings is transformational and widely admired. I recommend the team without reservation.

  Excellent repair work after water damage

  Jarek and Andrew from Smutek Construction Ltd carried out extensive repair work to my property following water damage from the flat above. The work included re-plastering damaged walls, repairing pipework, and installing a glass canopy. From start to finish, they were professional, reliable, and very easy to deal with. The quality of their workmanship was excellent, and they took real care to ensure everything was finished to a high standard. They were tidy, respectful of my home, and kept me informed throughout the process. I’m extremely pleased with the results and would recommend!

  Honest, does not overcharge

  At the beginning of winter I discovered that my heating wasn't working. Other companies quoted me a small fortune suggesting I have to virtually replace the whole system, taking advantage of me not knowing any better. Jarek assessed the situation, and provided me with a simple and affordable fix. Turns out I just needed a section of the pipe replaced which resolved the issue at a fraction of the cost.

  Install new consumer unit and install a water softener

  We have used this company on many past occasions and this time we had we had them install a new consumer unit and water softener. The price quoted was very reasonable and the jobs were carried out in a timely and professional manner. We would definitely use this company again.

  Complete Bedroom Refurbishment

  I have no hesitation in highly recommending this company. Their professionalism, communication and positive problem solving approach is exceptional.
