  Radiators, shower cubicle and new shower

  Radiators were fitted and function well. I was not told beforehand that I would lose the old boxing (which served as skirting board) underneath the living room radiator. They had to return to fix a tile they cracked. However, I was left with a shower that is either much too hot or extremely cold. I have asked for it to be looked at and get no response. I shouldn’t have been so trusting and paid the full amount before they had sorted out the issues. Further, I noticed (later on when doing my accounts) that Sam quoted £3,092.38 inc VAT but charged me £3,133.20 inc VAT so OVERCHARGE

  Thanks for your kind words. I would just like to say that the way you spoke to me and my employees during the course of job was absolutely unacceptable. No one should have to go to work and be spoken to the way that we were in any customers property.

  I initially came on Checkatrade for help checking plumbing on a pre-exchange on properties and was contacted by SMT Plumbing and Heating to support the job. Honest, realistic advice helped my decisions going forward. We kept in contact ahead of exchange & completion dates to ensure we could make the bathroom as functional as soon possible and now it looks much brighter, fresher and inviting.
