  New Flat Roof and Cladding install to Porch

  Steve and Lee arrived on first day with all the necessary materials to install a new 1.52 mm EPDM flat roof and Envirobuild Explorer composite cladding to the existing porch. The new roof included 100mm PIR insulation foam. All achieved in the agreed timescale to a high standard. Site left in a clean state. We are pleased with the overall work.

  Extended front door with side panels with roof fascia and guttering.

  Excellent experience from start to finish. Steve, Clare and the team at Roofline communicated clearly and offered excellent advice and suggestions before the job and delivered exactly what was promised. The team were professional, clean, and tidy throughout, and completed the work on time. We would highly recommend SM Roofline and will definitely use them for any further work.

  New fascia and soffit boards

  Excellent experience from start to finish. Steve at Roofline communicated clearly before the job and delivered exactly what was promised.   Genuine, great job guys

  I had this company come to to look at a job ai had done last year whereby tiles and guttering had been installed. Once the bad weather arrived after a dry summer it became obvious that something was clearly wrong and water was lifting down the conservatory and not into the guttering. Steve arrived very promptly, gave me a quote and made appointment for work to be carried out to put things right. I cannot express how genuine and nice this lovely man is, they have been today, worked solidly and so far has done a great job. More work is to be done but time ran out today so they will returning.

  Replacement of fascias, soffits and guttering

  Communication with Steve and Clare at SM Roofline was professional and friendly. Steve and his team worked extremely hard and did a great job replacing our fascias, soffits and guttering. The materials used were excellent quality and the work was carried out to a very high standard - we are very happy with the result. We highly recommend SM Roofline and would definitely use them again.
