Great job done by Adam and team. Good communication, a detailed quote and advice given on the various options available to complete the various small jobs. He even advised on an additional issue that we had missed- so great to capture everything needed. Quote was excellent as he was comfortable completing the work on ladders (in cold windy weather- thank you Adam) rather than on scaffolding for which we are v grateful. Photos were shared after of the completed works as well as invoice sent etc. all in all a very positive experience.

Well, so far so good. Adam is one of those straight down-the-line types of people. He just got the work done efficiently. There was no criticism of the last person who did the work nor was there comments about something being tricky. He provided a competitive quote, communicated effectively and did the work without fuss or mess. I would just suggest getting him on the phone rather than relying on email responses too much.

i called sm roofing maintenance about a couple of gutter repairs around my house and they was very helpful and within a week someone was round my house, adam was very helpful he knew what he was taking about and very knowledgeable from start to finish he was very polite and friendly i would 100% recommend adam for any roofing works or needs will be using sm roofing maintenance next time

Adam replaced the guttering above the front door exactly as I requested. Carried out perfectly. I would use Adam again.

I can’t praise Adam highly enough. He was absolutely brilliant. Arrived when he said he would and completed the work so quickly and efficiently. I wish I had other work for him to do but I will certainly keep him in mind for any future work.

Adam replaced two pieces of guttering quickly and efficiently and realigned another patch. A job well done.
