  Poor workmanship and job not completed but charged for.

  We asked SM Roofing to repair a broken ridge tile and replace 2 other roof tiles on my mothers bungalow in Gosport. £150 was agreed. When they turned up they phoned and told us there were 47 other broken tiles that needed replacing and quoted an additional £350. They phoned to say the work was complete and asked for payment. When we subsequently visited my mothers house and inspected the work we were appalled at the workmanship. The ridge tile was replaced out of alignment and cement and a tile were left on the roof. There was no evidence of 47 broken tiles being replaced.

  I recently had my roof repaired by Niya and his team at SM Roofing, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. They were quick, efficient, and polite throughout the entire process.   They had a huge task on their hands, providing me a whole new roof, they absolutely done a fantastic job. I am amazed by the quality of work done for the price too. Great team, I must also take my hat off to Chris the manager dealing with the whole project !!!
