SM Rendering Contractors Ltd is an experienced and well-established EXTERNAL SPRAY RENDERING SPECIALIST family business based in North Staffordshire since 1992.
We provide a supreme quality RENDERING service to the public and professional construction companies for both Private & Commercial properties of varying sizes throughout the Northwest & the Midland areas. Including Staffordshire, Cheshire, Shropshire & Derbyshire.
Specialist Services provided: - Monocouche Coloured Render, Rough Cast Coloured Render, Heritage Lime Rendering, EWI Insulated Render, Brick Effect Render & Liquid Screeds.
Using Machine Sprayed Application and premium rendering products from the leading manufacturers is essential to achieving a high quality, even finish throughout all our work. We are registered applicators for VPI, Parex and Weber Saint Gobain. As such, we can supply product warranties for all work using these products. K-rend products can also be used at the customer's request.
All rendering projects are carried out from start to finish as we organise the waste skip hire & scaffolding hire etc. We will also clean up the immediate area where we have worked upon completion of the project including jet washing areas if necessary.
We are CHAS accredited and have our own public liability and employer’s insurance. Working safely is always paramount and as such, we have our own comprehensive Health & Safety Policy.
