    House re-rendering (removal of old render, skip hire, scaffold, re-render)

    Quick to get to work once we we moved in, sorted the skip hire and scaffolding on our behalf, removed old render, walls made good where required, new render applied and it looks amazing. Also dealt with neighbours professionally and kept good relationship when we needed to alter their wall slightly. Worked around other contractor. Tidied up really well.

    House Rendering

    Stewart and his team were fast and efficient, and they provided an excellent quality of finish to the front of our house. The work was completed to a very high standard in just three days, and their attention to detail was exemplary. We would definitely recommend SM Rendering for anyone wanting to improve the value of their property.

    Replacement rendering

    We were really impressed with the team. Excellent finished work and done very quickly which was a bonus . Very tidy even jetwashed the dust off next doors car. We left them.alone for 2 days whilst we were away and were very pleased on our return on their progress. Very polite workers nothing was touch trouble. Stewart arranged scaffolding ànd skip which was a help. We highly recommend

    Rendering outside of property

    Contacted company for a quote. Stewart came out and gave an estimate and explain the process and the length of time the job would take. We agreed on the price and start date. Scaffolding went up on the Monday and work started on the following day. Stewart came every morning to answer any questions or concerns. The lads worked hard they were polite and pleasant throughout. The quality of the work and craftsmanship were excellent. They cleaned up everyday. We would have no hesitation in recommending them.

    I have used this company twice now, once for the house and a few months later to render the walls by my gates. Brilliant job, work looks amazing. They cost was fair, they arrived on time and when they finished, they made sure I was happy with the clean up after. Definitely use them again.

    Rendering of Front of Property

    I have recently had the two front elevations of my property rendered by SM Rendering. The team were very polite and professional and did an excellent job whilst keeping the area as tidy as possible during the work. Great at protecting the areas not to be rendered too. SM Rendering Contractors Ltd is an experienced and well-established EXTERNAL SPRAY RENDERING SPECIALIST family business based in North Staffordshire since 1992.

We provide a supreme quality RENDERING service to the public and professional construction companies for both Private & Commercial properties of varying sizes throughout the Northwest & the Midland areas. Including Staffordshire, Cheshire, Shropshire & Derbyshire.

Specialist Services provided: - Monocouche Coloured Render, Rough Cast Coloured Render, Heritage Lime Rendering, EWI Insulated Render, Brick Effect Render & Liquid Screeds.

Using Machine Sprayed Application and premium rendering products from the leading manufacturers is essential to achieving a high quality, even finish throughout all our work. We are registered applicators for VPI, Parex and Weber Saint Gobain. As such, we can supply product warranties for all work using these products. K-rend products can also be used at the customer's request.

All rendering projects are carried out from start to finish as we organise the waste skip hire & scaffolding hire etc. We will also clean up the immediate area where we have worked upon completion of the project including jet washing areas if necessary.

We are CHAS accredited and have our own public liability and employer’s insurance. Working safely is always paramount and as such, we have our own comprehensive Health & Safety Policy.
