Stephen was thorough in his initial investigation and explained everything clearly to me. The work was scheduled and the team arrived promptly, carefully protected flooring and screened other rooms to minimise the movement of dust. The work took 5 days and the team arrived promptly each morning and worked solidly, quietly, and tidily until the end of the day. All rubbish was removed from site and the area left as clean and tidy as possible ready for the next stage (decoration). All of the team were excellent and expert and happy to explain to me what they were doing and why.

Stephen and his team did a great job tackling a rising damp problem in our kitchen. They were very professional, kept everything neat, and stayed in good communication throughout. The work was completed on time and within budget. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Obviously only time will tell that everything is good, but right now I really couldn't be happier with the work done. Stephen was super helpful and informed when he came round for the quote. Their pricing seemed fair. The guy who came to do the work was great, very polite and friendly and on time. The room was as tidy as it could be afterwards and the work looked good. It's always a bit of upheaval to have work done on your home but they really made it as nice as it could be. I will be very happy to ask this company again for any future works.
