10 Letting agent left me 2 days no heating

My private letting company Jewel homes Coatbridge left me a 60 year old tennant for 2 days without heating. Im parcially blind and have other health issues. Call Stefan for new boiler replacement. Verry organised, efficient and tidy service. Able to remove old and install new boiler wich was built in kitchen furniture and never been changed before, explained everything about new boiler . Lifted floorboards in back bedroom (Saturday afternoon) and found a screw right through the gas pipe supplying the boiler! Called Stefan who came round an hour or so later. He removed the damaged gas pipe and noticed a tiny leak in the cold water pipe as well! Removed damaged cold water pipe and fitted new pipes. All done with the minimum of fuss. Very efficient and tidy and certified the work done. Stefan has done work for us before. He is very pleasant and polite. Luckily they were able to complete the job at short notice. They showed me progress of the job, helped get working a jammed radiator with new trv. Went out and got the boiler part on the day.
