Jay is incredible. Polite, always on time, kind and super professional. Nothing is a problem and everything is completed with a smile. Jay regrouted my bathroom, to a very high standard and is the first person I call for all those annoying DIY jobs or problems around the house. He doesn’t just do small jobs, but I’ve yet to use him and his team for a bigger project, but I will!
