Shane got involved with planning the extension - he liaised professionally with the architect , structural engineer , building control as well as ourselves as customers

They came out for a site visit. I was told I would get a qoute. I had to ring them and was promised a qoute the same day. It has been weeks since and have had no contact. Very poor.

Built a boundary wall.Excellent service. Turned up at the given time. Measured the area to be repaired.They bought the materials and took away all the old bricks. They swilled the area down when the work was complete. Definitely recommend.

Very happy with the work carried out by SMM, done in good time and reasonably priced. Shaun was very helpful throughout the process and went beyond to ensure the work was carried out safely and adapted to any unforseen issues. I would highly recommend SMM property services and will be using them again.

Old kitchen window, door and brickwork removed to create opening for new larger window. All work carried out on time and to specifications. Lovely work as always from Shane and all left clean and tidy. Next time I need some building work Shane will be my first contact.

Great attention to detail - taking the time to match brick colour existing wall lines. Was thorough, made sure everything was done in line with regulations. Good communication. Shane’s work really speaks for itself. Would highly recommend.
