  Full house renovation - excellent experience

  I thought renovations were supposed to be stressful? Not with Shaz and his team. From the start, the process was smooth, well-managed, and even enjoyable. We had a dedicated project manager, and Gagan, our on-site lead, kept everything on track and communicated clearly. The team was responsive, stuck to quoted prices and timelines, and guided us with honest, helpful advice. Our full house renovation included electrics, plumbing, and more—every vendor recommended was excellent. The result speaks for itself. We’d recommend them without hesitation.

  Dig out soil and lay a large concrete base for a log cabin

  Shaz and his project manager were attentive and helpful, the crew were friendly and informative, and hard, always on time, and very clean and tidy, ie everything from front drive to back of garden was covered meticulously, when finished you would not have known anyone had worked there. Highly recommend, 1st class outfit.

  Full house renovation and extensions

  We are currently working with Shaz and his team to fully renovate and extend our forever home. The communication and quality of work that we have experienced with SM Construction has been exceptional from the moment we decided to go with them. They are always available for advice and will always guide you on what is best for the property visually and structurally. SM construction was also the only building company to provide a clear line-by-line quote from the offset. No hidden costs and never any issues. A great company to trust with your home.

  Full refurb of a 3 bedroom flat

  You can literally give the team your keys and budget and leave them to it! Shaz has been amazing with really good quality work and is always available to answer any questions and most of all make suggestions. Most of all they can project manage the whole thing for you which is perfect for those who are too busy or live abroad.

  We've been working with SM London on an extensive renovation, & the experience has been exceptional so far. The professionalism & expertise shown by the entire team has been impressive. Shaz has been outstanding, ensuring all aspects of the project runs smoothly and addressing all of our concerns with clarity, & accommodating our requirements. Builders on site have been fantastic, taking our requests on board & delivering high-quality work. They’ve been respectful, tidy and attentive. With 2-3 months of work still to go, we are confident that SM London will continue to exceed our expectations.
