Used Shaun to fit a new aqualiser shower, but have used him many times before to replace taps, radiators or replace our toilet flush system. Replies quickly and has helped us out at short notice. Recommend.

This is the third time that I have used Smithsons Plumbing. On this occasion I had four separate tasks that I wanted done. As always Shaun attended in advance and gave clear estimates. Each task was completed successfully in a friendly and efficient manner and Shaun always keeps me informed as to progress. I fully recommend Smithsons Plumbing and they will be my first port of call if I have further plumbing needs ( I hope that hasn’t pushed up the price of my next quote 😊 ).

After our plumbing was messed up by a previous contractor (a roofer), we knew something wasn't quite right so I quickly messaged shaun (had his number saved as my parents have been using him for years) and he came out promptly to access and advised us exactly what we needed. He went away and got hold of the parts and booked in to come back and fit them within a few days. Issue sorted and happy customers once again. In terms of shaun himself, he's a very friendly and knowledgeable guy and was happy to answer any of our queries. Have used him before and will continue to do so.

Shaun came at short notice and assessed the problem with our Aqualisa shower. He advised that we needed a new smart valve processor which we sourced and he came next day to fit it. When we encountered a problem later that day he popped by straightaway to sort it for us. Excellent service. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I recently had a walk‑in shower installed and I couldnt be more delighted with the result. From start to finish, Shaun was extremely professional, punctual, and meticulous in every aspect of the job. His workmanship is outstanding — everything has been finished to an exceptionally high standard. He kept the workspace immaculately tidy, respected my home, and explained each stage clearly so I always knew what was happening. It’s rare to find someone who combines skill, reliability, and genuine pride in their work, but he absolutely delivered on all fronts. I would definitely recommend!
