Met Shaun purely by chance as he was working for a neighbour. Had two toilets that weren’t working. A leak in the main bathroom. Shaun is a busy guy but sorted out all my problems within a couple of days. A pleasure to have him in my home. Lovely man. Super skilled. Talked me through exactly what was needed and the cost. Very happy with the work. Would highly, highly recommend.

Shaun and his team recently ripped out old bathroom and installed new bathroom. I am very pleased with the end result. Shaun made the process stress free, quick and tidy. Communication was excellent. Price was very reasonable also. Definitely recommend.

Called Shaun out to fix a couple of issues including leaking sink, shower and broken tap. He arrived on time, took note of all of the issues then emailed me a detailed quote which I was happy with. We agreed a date and time for him to carry out the work and it was satisfactorily completed. No issues with Shaun's work and if there were I could call him out to fix it and I'm confident that he show up to fix it.

This is the second time we have had to call Shaun out to resolve plumbing issues. As with the first visit, he arrived on time and thoroughly used his expertise to investigate the problem. When he realised the issue was not what he initially thought, he took the time to carefully explore all possible options until he identified the root cause. He then resolved the problem using high-quality materials. It is reassuring to know that Shaun is a consummate professional who consistently sets a high standard in his work. We would highly recommend Shaun to everyone.

I had a leaky tap in my bathroom basin and decided to change the tap at the same time. Shaun gave me advice on how to stop the leak whilst waiting for the new tap. He arranged to come to do the work as soon as the tap arrived. He has carried out work for me before and I have always found him efficient, turning up when he says he would. The work is carried out quickly and the end result is good. He leaves everything clean and tidy. He is always polite and cheerful, even when he encounters difficulties. I would always ring him if I need a plumber and would recommend him to anyone.

Smithsons recently converted our bathroom to walled shower area. The job was well project managed and plumbed by Shaun, kept to the adjusted budget, and we were updated daily as to start times, who and which trade would be in next and the work they would be doing. Well sequenced, reasonably well protected, and kept the dust down. One vehicle space used, and our garage for storing and cutting wall panels and for WCs (downstairs cloakroom WC was replaced. All commissioned and left tidy. The original quotation was adjusted for the choice of shower panels and enclosure.
