Job location: NE33Found Derek through my checkatrade listing, very quick to respond and rapidly made himself available for my job which is always appreciated. The initial position i wanted the airbrick installed could not be done (through my own stupidity) but we identified an area i was looking to get another added in future and he swiftly installed it there instead. Great fella and highly recommend!10 Point wall,insulate and thermal interior bay window,layed exterior slate at front door

I observed Derek work whilst he was working for a neighbour. Work was excellent so asked for quotes for various jobs. Price was fair and a first class job provided on all tasks. Derek is knowledgeable in his trade, his work is first class. He is prompt ,easy to work with and very tidy. Derek was recommended to me by a friend,who in turn had him recommended by a neighbour. Over the last couple of years, Dereck has repointed my house, erected fencing, and demolished a coalhouse. All work has been done to a high standard, reasonably priced, and completed to schedule.
