  Re Roofed the whole house

  We had SRS reroof the whole house following some water ingress around the chimney. They were polite and tidy and the whole job was completed within a week and the site left tidy.the scaffolding came down just two days later. They provide a 10 year guarantee and when we had a small problem with a breather pipe they came out promptly and fixed it All in all a good job done

  Redoing leadwork around stack pipe plus eventually repairing membrane

  EXTREMELY EXTREMELY expensive compared to Checkatrades own suggested rates for replacing membrane and two pieces of slat. Required job was less than a metre square. Quoted £280 cost £2000 on day. Mortored four ridge tiles as an ‘extra’. Mended small amount of edging which was broken when tiles removed.

  Roof and cladding replacement

  We called Smith Roofing Specialists after a bad experience with a previous roofer. We were impressed with Tommy's honesty and knowledge of what needed to be done. The work turned out to be extensive due to rotting wood and the work by previous roofer not being carried out properly. We had a complete new roof with dry ridge and verge, and all new cladding at the back of the house. The teams worked extremely hard, were polite and courteous, and treated our home with respect. Tommy kept us updated with personal visits and videos. A first class job. Highly recommend this company.

  Very professional, friendly service from start to finish and at a very reasonable price. The photographs taken for the estimate pointed out exactly what work needed to be done. The photographs taken on the roof the day the work was done showed the problem areas close-up before and after the work was done. Every aspect of this service is top-class and I will definitely be using their annual maintenance option in future. Keep up the good job!
