Robert was extremely helpful throughout, from the moment we spoke on the phone. Investigated my mouse complaint and identified the source of the problem on first visit. Explained the process and attended two further occasions to follow up to ensure that the problem had been successfully resolved. Fitted a vent cover as part of the service. I would recommend Robert without hesitation for any pest control support. Having contacted him with evidence of a mouse problem, Robert arranged to come over promptly where he quickly diagnosed the issue and suggested a course of action. Robert implemented his suggestion and followed up with multiple further visits all as part of the package to ensure the problem was solved. Robert was friendly, prompt and eradicated the wasps nest we had in the roof above our back door with ease and precision. As part of our services we offer post treatment proofing for pest control and sanitation services using products specific for the post pest infestation. We cover all pests, rodent problems to specialist insect treatments.
We also are available to offer free advice on the telephone and site inspections where required.
