Absolutely spot on, Sean, Oliver and the team were neat, polite and incredibly tidy. They made sure that everything was always done to the highest standard, they both had some great ideas/suggestions for some parts of the extension that we were undecided on, communication was excellent and we were kept informed on their weekly goals and on most of their daily activities, their quote was not the most expensive nor the cheapest but we're glad we paid slightly more for the extra care they took over the project, would not hesitate to hire them again

Double hip to gable extension (bungalow to 2 storey house conversion)

Smith and Hession have done a brilliant job on our house. Our experience with other building firms in the past had been pretty dire, so Sean and Oliver and their team were a breath of fresh air! The build was an ambitious one - taking the roof off completely, rip out everything in the loft, build up matching stone walls and give us 5 new rooms plus stairs. The job has been done so well, we now want them back to do the rest of the house! Sean and the team are a very talented, likeable set of guys. You may have to wait a while for their availability, but they are worth the wait. Absolutely superb.

All work was completed to a very high standard and we were kept informed about what would be happening and when before the the work started. Everything ran like clockwork. Our kitchen looks amazing!

The project management and meticulous attention to detail was superb, we were consulted and updated throughout. The craft, professionalism, courtesy of all trades was exemplary. We're thrilled with the result and recommend most highly.
