  Single Garage Conversion, with Patio and Composite Decking

  Sean and his team worked to a tight budget, without missing on quality! The job was delivered to the exact brief we wanted, and we now have the space ready for spring/summer which we are delighted about. The guys working on the job were always friendly and kept the disruption minimal.   A search for an unidentified smell!

  We noticed an awful smell in our child’s bedroom and also hundreds of flies. We thought there might be a dead rat in the wall cavity or under the floorboard. Sean was excellent throughout. He responded to our plea quickly, came to visit the property promptly and made me feel very comfortable in his company. He tried his best to find the source but unfortunately it wasn’t to be. Fortunately the smell and flies have gone! Sean left the room as he found it and we will definitely be using his company again! Thank you!

  Reliable, trustworthy, good price

  I have used SM Home Improvements for many years now but this specific job was a very unexpected leak that resulted in a ceiling collapse. Not only was a plumber able to come out the next morning (it happened at 11pm) to fix the plumbing, but the ceiling was plastered 2 days later. I always trust that the team will be respectful in my home and do good quality work, and this experience was exactly that. The price is incredibly reasonable and I know Sean works very hard to ensure he quotes promptly and communicates frequently.
